South stars are often hailed by netizens for performing selfless acts. Many even make it to the headlines for sticking to their roots and they never fail to disappoint their fans. Now, actor Ram Charan has set new goals for Indians after he was spotted arriving at the airport bare feet. The actor looked dapper in an all-black look at Hyderabad airport on Tuesday and was escorted by his team.

For the latest public appearance, the actor was seen wearing a black ethnic outfit – kurta, pyjama and stole – with a matching black mask. Several pictures and videos of the actor have been going viral on the internet and fans appear mighty impressed by the same.

The actor is reportedly travelling to the US ahead of next month’s Oscars 2023.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala shared his pictures on Twitter and wrote: "After receiving immense love from his large USA fan base during the Golden Globes 2023, 'mega powerstar' Ram Charan was spotted taking off for the Oscars today. Fingers crossed for RRR."

This isn’t the first time Ram Charan was seen stepping out barefoot. In 2022, the actor was spotted arriving bare feet at Mumbai airport and was as he was reportedly observing the Ayyappa Deeksha (a Hindu religious observance for 41 days by the devotees of Swamy Ayyappa before visiting the temple in Shabarimalai, Kerala) at the time, reported Hindustan Times.

Now, a slew of netizens have reacted to the pictures and videos on social media and many have heaped praises on him for following the rituals.

Ram Charan has received international acclaim as the song Naatu Naatu from SS Rajamouli's Telugu film RRR won a best original song Oscar nomination. RRR emerged as the first Indian feature film to be nominated for anything other than best international film at the Academy Awards, which will take place on March 12 this year.
